Eskotin is a community and marketplace for climbers. We offer content, courses, challenges, giveaways, events and deals from verified brands. The service is provided from the European Union and governed by applicable Spanish and EU law (GDPR, LSSI, Omnibus Directive).
You must be at least 16 to create an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of your data and the security of your password.
Eskotin may not be used for illegal activity, hate speech, harassment, spam, impersonation, third-party copyrighted content without authorisation, or manipulation of metrics (followers, votes, reviews).
You can join as a user/climber, as a creator or professional (subject to prior verification by the Eskotin team) or as a brand/ecommerce store (with specific terms, see Store terms).
You keep ownership of your content and grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display it inside Eskotin and in community promotional materials. You can remove your content by deleting your account.
Purchases take place on partner brands' websites. Eskotin is not the seller and is not part of the contract between you and the brand. For product claims, warranty or returns, contact the issuing store directly, without prejudice to your EU consumer rights (2-3 year legal warranty, 14-day withdrawal for applicable physical goods).
The processing of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy. We record the date, version and IP address with which you accepted these Terms as evidence of consent (art. 7 GDPR).
We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms. You can request deletion at any time from your account settings or by emailing partnerships@eskotin.com.
These terms are governed by Spanish and European Union law. Disputes are submitted to the courts of the city where Eskotin has its registered office, unless mandatory rules provide otherwise.
