This legal notice complies with Spanish Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and E-Commerce (LSSI-CE), Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), Spanish Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD), Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (Digital Services Act) and Directive (EU) 2019/2161 (Omnibus).

3. Terms of use

Access to the site is free, except for the subscription services indicated. Users agree to use the site in accordance with the law, this notice and the Terms of Use.

4. Intellectual property

The Eskotin brand, design, code and own content are protected by intellectual and industrial property law. Content uploaded by users, creators and brands belongs to its authors, who grant Eskotin a licence to display it on the platform.

5. Liability for third-party content

Eskotin acts as a hosting service provider (art. 16 LSSI and art. 6 DSA). We are not liable for content published by third parties, though we diligently remove any illegal content of which we have actual knowledge. You can report illegal content to partnerships@eskotin.com or via the report button in the app.

6. Links and purchases on third-party sites

Purchase links lead to partner brands' websites. Eskotin is not the seller and is not part of the contract between user and brand. Legal warranty, withdrawal and product claims are handled with the issuing store, without prejudice to EU consumer rights.

7. Dispute resolution

You can send any complaint to partnerships@eskotin.com. As an EU consumer you may also use the European online dispute resolution platform and the consumer authorities of your country of residence.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

Spanish and European Union law. For consumers, the courts of their place of residence will have jurisdiction where mandatory rules so provide.
