Delete your Eskotin account

You can permanently delete your Eskotin account and the personal data associated with it. There are two ways to do it.

1. From the Eskotin app

Path inside the app:

Profile → Settings → Danger zone → Delete account

Request account deletion by emailing hola@eskotin.com from the email address associated with your Eskotin account, using the subject:

We may contact you to verify your identity before processing the request.

Your account and login credentials (email, authentication, sessions).
Your public profile: name, photo, bio, city, social links and contact details.
Your personal activity: follows, challenge and giveaway entries, quiz results, group outings and requests.
Content you published as a creator or brand (courses, deals, events, products), unless a legal obligation requires us to keep it.
Preferences and notifications associated with your account.

Invoices, payments and accounting records: up to 6 years, due to tax and commercial obligations (Spanish and EU law).
Security, fraud and abuse-prevention logs: up to 12 months.
Communications or evidence needed to handle legal claims, for as long as they remain enforceable.
Aggregated or anonymised data that can no longer identify you.

Requests are normally handled within a maximum of 30 days. More detail is available in our Privacy Policy.
